Upon registration, users gain the ability to select preferred sitters for quick requests. However, rest assured that a Helpr can be scheduled with just 3 hours' notice within office hours.

Helpr is committed to establishing the gold standard in in-home childcare. The process involves providing details about your family, booking the required dates and times, being matched with a trusted childcare provider whose profile and video you can review before confirming the match. All payments can be conveniently made via the app with tips already included.

The babysitters at Helpr undergo a rigorous screening process that includes online applications, face-to-face interviews, ID verification, background checks, CPR certification, professional references, and social media evaluations.

The company was founded by Kasey Edwards and Rebecca Klauber Richter who have collectively arranged over 100,000 hours of on-demand babysitting services.
